UH Wellness Presents: Wellness Wednesdays
Wellness Wednesdays are free events held every other Wednesday during the fall and spring semesters. These events provide students with unique wellbeing experiences such as chair massages, therapy pets, do-it-yourself projects, and more.

CoogsCARE: Mental Health
Your well-being matters. CoogsCARE connects students with counseling, mental health resources, and personalized support to help navigate the challenges of law school and everyday life. Whether you’re facing personal difficulties, academic stress, or unexpected obstacles, help is available, you don’t have to face it alone.
Campus Recreation
Move your body and clear your mind. Whether you’re looking to hit the gym, join a fitness class, compete in intramural sports, explore the outdoors, or learn a new skill, the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center has something for everyone. Best of all, it’s free for UH students, making it easy to stay active, reduce stress, and have fun along the way.

Cougar Cupboard
Cougar Cupboard is UH’s free on-campus food pantry, offering groceries, fresh produce, frozen foods, pantry staples, and household essentials to all currently enrolled UH students – no financial need or income qualification required. Students can receive up to 30 pounds of groceries each week, making it easier to stay nourished and focused on their education.
